I always stay clear of any assembly.  I leave DH to it.
Judy I think you need a gold medal.

Bread / A question re feeding SD starter
« on: July 07, 2019, 09:13:21 am »
When you feed your SD starter do you weigh the water and flour? Eg 20g of each.
OR
Do you add an equal measure of water and flour. Eg a tablespoon of each.

My rye starter I have been weighing and my Chookie one using equal measures.  I think I should have been weighing both. 🥺🥺

Phew, thank goodness for bull bars or should I say roo bars. We have only ever hit 3 or 4 and each time the roo bar saved damage.

Well done Judy. You would have had a sense of achievement.
Denise I am managing to get washing dry on the line to day too.  Sunny here.

It's good to use all the bits and pieces Chookie, but I'm sure the chooks don't think so.
I had some Caramel spread stuff in the fridge and I noticed Tenina had a Chocolate cake with a little spread on the top so it is in the oven now. The recipe uses EVOO and some balsamic. The raw mix was very smooth and tasted nice. I only made a half as hers had 500g of flour in it.

Judy you must be very happy with your teams win tonight. It was an enormous win. Iím watching  my team at the moment. I feel sorry for them as it has rained very heavily on them.

We had a maximum of about 13 yesterday. Chilly.

That was a close shave KAtie. Still sounds like a busy day to me. 😀😀😀😀😀

My brother came over this morning with his wife. He pointed out it was an 84km round trip! I think he was hoping I would comment. All I said that it was the same distance for us. He is a bit of a tease.

A very Happy  Birthday Ral. Wonderful news re your platelets. They are behaving.

Judy we have our derby this weekend too. Itís a Dockers home game. They are forecasting only a bit of rain but very cold. I think it is going to be a hard match. There will be lots of yelling at the tv.

Weíve had well over 2 inches of rain since about 10am yesterday. Very nice.
