We are looking at perhaps selling the Holden EK which is still under restoration. We are having dramas fitting all the cars in and DH still having room to work. We had a couple round this morning looking at it. Now DH and DD are out driving in the Mustang. I just had a text from them saying they have stopped off at McDonalds for an icecream as it is quite warm today. 36+

Good on your brother JulieO. If he would like it and he can afford it, why not.

Gert I remember visiting coffee plantations last time we ere in Cairns. Quite a few years ago now.

Julie I think I am too. Iíve never had any dramas with my insides, but this tastes good and seems to do wonders for for your inner workings. Maybe because itís lots of fibre, but is all blitzed up. I donít really mind.

Iím not into tennis but I think I would enjoy the Australian Open.
DD and I went shopping this morning. She bought herself a new iPad with a keyboard in the cover. She is doing a semester at Uni this year and decided she would buy it. Although she has a few degrees this is the first time she has been back to Uni since her Masters. She usually does them online. I donít know where she gets the desire to study- DH and I only did a bit after our initial degrees.

Thanks Gert, I thought it would be humid. Keep cool, blow the electricity.
Your little holiday sounds lovely Chookie. Ral will have to have a jumper on and leave the buttons undone on his white shirts. ;D
What is the name of the ship you are going on? A friend has just arrived home from 12 days on either the Sea Princess or Sun Princess.

I think I may have to shift to your house Margaret, your cooking sounds delicious.

I'm making a fruit loaf as the one in the freezer has finished, a loaf of classic bread and maybe something else.
The cranberry and Orange Fruit loaf I made.

DH has made one of his famous Pea soups with one of the hambones from Christmas. It is enormous, it has a packet of split peas in it and 3/4 packet of red lentils. We will have it with the left over haloumi flatbreads from Amanda's blog. https://www.lambsearsandhoney.com/

Hi Mich, how have you fared in the fires? I have been thinking about you.

Gert, lovely new photo of the gorgeous you. I inherited a clothes dryer from my Mum but I have never used it.

We have had 2 beautiful cool days 25/26 with another today. 29. Tomorrow is 31 which isn't too bad but the weekend is going to be HOT. Gert is it dreadfully humid in Cairns?  Broome isn't too bad, but Port Hedland is dreadful.
