Lovely looking food and surroundings. You certainly wouldn't go hungry.

We went to a great restaurant on the Yarra, near the Crown Casino,
 Ludlow  Bar. :)

Left overs here tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Another low calorie dinner for me: Chunky Mexican style salsa tortilla.  Nice and simple.

Are you using any particular recipe book for all your lovely low cal recipes Julie?

Yes Judy, from this book below:  Have made quite a few things and have enjoyed pretty much all of them.  The recipes are generally for 2 serves which I have over 2 days.

I probably give out the wrong impression (that I'm on a diet).  I'm not, but I eat light with treats now and then.  That and my morning walks keeps my weight stable (around 53kg).

Got my book from a newsagency.  If you get a chance, have a look through and see if it appeals.  ;D

Well, the sticky sausages were a hit, I have to thank you CC for the link to the recipe  :-*

We had it with rice (enough rice for the whole family recipe) with onion sauteed in the bowl first, then added steamed carrot, corn, & peas; + the extra sauce.

Kids have requested it again and DH said he enjoyed it lots too  ;D
:D

You are very good Julie. I admire you. I try to be fairly careful but put on a couple of kgs each holiday and then don't lose it. I'm healthy though so I'm happy.
