We had sizzle steak, skinny fries in the AF and coleslaw. Very easy.

We had a bit of a Chinese banquet last night
Chicken and sweet corn soup
Chow mein noodles
Chicken cashew
Char Sui pork
Steamed pork dumplings
Egg tarts
All delicious and except for the noodles and chicken the recipes were from Alyce Alexander's book that I received from my ss

We had a bit of a creation type thing. I put 2 pieces of prosciutto down, patted out a burger mix on it really thin, added a thick piece of cheese, carrot and zucchini and rolled it up and secured with toothpicks. After browning I added a tin of tomatoes with some basil leaves. We had them with Vegies.

Very creative cookie. It's nice to do your own thing occasionally.

Looks and sounds lovely Cookie.
I'm doing a bit of a clean out of the freezer so yesterday I halved 2 chicken breasts and cut each half in half again horizontally. I mixed together some bolognaise sauce and parmingiana sauce from the freezer and layered the lot in my mini slow cooker. Didn't take long for the chicken to cook and it smelled lovely while cooking. I let it cool then refrigerated for flavours to develop overnight. Will serve with mash and steamed veg today. I think it will be nice.
