Cookie, I completely understand. It has given me a great deal of pleasure unpacking my cooking books. GS is coming tomorrow to fill the top shelves. These will be other books. I need the cooking ones where I can get them .
Good to see that you have got your priorities right, Chookie!

So very true.

It’s definitely soup weather Chookie. I plan to have soup sometime over the weekend so I think I will make some of your sausage roll no fuss rolls.

I use my muffin top pan to cook large, flat rolls on for burgers. It gets quite a workout. My pie maker does get used but probably not as much as it could.

I'd like heaps more bookshelves. DH says books are slowly taking over our home. I try hard not to buy too many, but then all my birthday, Mothers' Day and Christmas gifts are book vouchers.  Just how I like it.

That sounds like fun Chookie. I hope it isn't too cold. We are having a hearty casserole as its WA cold here.

Judy I had better have a peek at that facebook site. Chookie what a brilliant idea. They would be perfect size for so many things I do.
I must admit I love my AF and use it frequently, the pizza maker is one DD won and I have and use at least twice a month. I see where RTE won an award for her cookbook.

Well done Chookie. As Marina said you have had more important things on your mind.

I've made a sort of muesli bar. I got the recipe from a diabetic magazine. Its mainly rolled oats with a little wholemeal flour, orange juice and zest and pistachios. I tasted it raw and its delicious. It has some honey in it too. It's in the oven at the moment.

Yes Judy, the sauce is mince, tomato and the usual bits.

She is a lady called Jeanette Pearce. ( I think!). She has released an ebook with her yoghurt recipes in it and some other tasty recipes. They all contain yoghurt.

DH laughs when I’m looking at them and deciding what to read. He doesn’t understand that I have to ‘feel’ like reading the book I select. He isn’t a reader of fiction at all.

We had Ravioli Lasagne from Cookidoo to night. It’s very nice.

What a lovely adventure for you Chookie. The little table would be very useful. I have the large table from a nest of tables next to my recliner rocker. Lucky it is made of jarrah as I have so many books piled onto it.
