I had a lovely friend visit this afternoon with gifts and wine, it was such a normal thing to do and for the next 3 hours we relaxed, had a glass of wine and had a good old chat.

Thatís very brave of you cookie, my Mum would have screamed the house down.
Denise it sounds like things have moved forward with no holdups since your last report.  Since the huge change In the type of light fittings on the market I find it impossible to buy anything without help otherwise I end up taking home the wrong thing. It was so much more simple in the Ďold daysí.
It pays to touch base with My Aged Care before we actually need it, itís a great service.

It sounds like fun and hard work at your place cookie, thereís nothing like a freshening up of rooms.  Itís totally worth the effort In my opinion but I know people who put it off because they donít want to have to empty units etc.

I had a lovely day shopping at a different centre I had to go to for a mammogram today, still not that many people around at a place that was always buzzing with locals.

Your friend is lucky to have her family, friends and neighbours looking out for her K Atie.  I wish her a speedy and full recovery.
You had a good 6 months from your last injection cookie, hopefully you will get at least the same or more from the next one.
