Iím with the Aussie girls on clothes driers.  Itís all about saving money and drying our clothes naturally.  When I had the laundry done up recently, the one that Mum and Dad gave us for a wedding present (never used) came down and I gave it to a couple with young children - they really needed it as they seemed to have a lot of gastro go through the family.  My DDs on the other hand do not take after their Mother!

Nice to see you pop in again Michele, howís life treating you these days?

Great buys Chookie and a fabulous getaway, Iím sure youíll go back for more one day.

Weíve had 25 mm here over a few days, the garden really needed it as I havenít had time to do much watering of late.

Denise, thatís a messy job cleaning filthy boots.  Youíll be glad to see the end of your winter.

Great stories about the cold temperatures ladies.  Itís nice to recount some of lifeís experiences.
Chookie Iíd like to experience what you and Ral have been, youíve certainly been spoilt a lot. Soak it up, you deserve it.

LOL Marina.
Today I went to the Sheridan shop at Harbour Town (for the second time in 5 days) to buy more bedding accessories for my room.  On the 2 visits I saved over $320, just have to have the room painted early next month before I change the bedding.
On the way there I called into a furniture store and bought a rug for my lounge room, stopped at Spotlight and picked up some towels and cushions - I had a great shopping day and the car was quite full.

It sounds as if you are going to have a lovely time at Chadstone Chookie.
Thanks Julie, I was surprised to lose again last week.
Marina, I agree with cookie, whatís the colour of the paint got to do with the problem.  At least you know others have the same problem so it will definitely get fixed.
Heating in a caravan makes for a very cosy existence Denise.  It was so cold in Ballarat when we stayed there many years ago that I turned on the stove top, the oven, the radiator on the wall and we hopped into bed with the electric blanket on (very early I might add).  Then the fuse blew so I had to get dressed and go up to the office to report it.  Coldest place on earth I always said.

That little bit of extra information is just what I need to make that recipe Julie, need to buy a couple of the items first though.

I ended up with one of those when DD was culling Chookie, I only used it for omelette and it was perfect.  Iím not even sure if Iíve kept it or moved it on as I have so many little appliances for this and that.

Was looking at that recipe of Amandaís cookie and wondered if I could replace the flour with something Keto friendly. Havenít got time to experiment at the moment though, too many other jobs needing to be done.  Made some chicken soup with Costco chicken frames, had some for lunch but I think Iíd better get rid of other items in the fridge for dinner tonight.  Itís quite cool though so a bowl of soup would go down well.

Enjoy your getaway Chookie.
I had a hectic and full 3 days so last night I slept like a log for 8 hours oblivious to the fact it was raining quite a lot.  Woke to find 11mm in the rain gauge, that is really good for my area and Iím sure my garden is happy.
Went to gym and found Iíd lost another kg, first time under 60kg in a long, long time.

I spent the day with my SIL today, we went to Harbour Town and I came home with new quilt sets for 2 of my bedrooms.  SIL bought a throw for her bed, she didnít know she needed one until she saw that it was a perfect match for her quilt cover.   We had a nice, long lunch at The Coffee Club before continuing on to the end of the complex.  5 hours well spent.
