Went to see Ride Like a Girl today with some Probus friends, very emotional movie - we all loved it.

I left home at 8.30 and didnít return until after 5pm tonight, much to the delight of my grand-dogs.
Iíve been on a bus tour with 8 others of the McLaren Vale wine tasting area, morning tea, lunch and countless tastings if you wanted them.  A very full and very warm day, it was so relaxing.

Good luck with the changes you want to make Chookie, it makes cooking difficult and we all know how much you love to cook.  Iíd rather exercise than cut out unhealthy foods, if I could do both Iíd probably have a much better figure.

Iím running my freezer and pantry down again so today the only potato I had was a sweet potato. Par-cooked that in the microwave, found a packet of tuna sauce (heavens know which recipe I used for that) in the freezer so split the potato in 2, topped with the thick sauce, Parmesan and coriander from my garden.

Then perhaps you had better not go to the demo Margaret, you might end up wanting one!

Hands full with Mum having Ďmomentsí with her shoulder problem so having to stay longer to settle her before I leave. She settles down by the time I take her to the dining room thank goodness.

I gave him a jar of TMX Strawberry jam.
Of course you did Chookie LOL
It can be terrifying when these dog incidents happen Denise, Iím so glad you went off at him. I hope they both went off with their tails between their legs and he will do as you asked.

A bit smaller than a normal kitchen but you will cope Denise. Just pretend you are on holiday and eat out a bit more than usual.  I see the TM taking pride of place on the cupboard, that would make life a lot easier for you.
