Tarts look amazing Chookie.
Yes my recipe is on the forum here, it’s called chicken laksa Margaret https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1726.msg15462#msg15462. I put a heap Tbs curry paste in for DF which was just right for him.

Judy I've only had Laksa once and really enjoyed it so thank you for the recipe I will certainly try it.

I made a Classic loaf today in the 7.  Also cooked a rye SD loaf from the fridge. I made yoghurt in the 6 and used the 5 to cook the noodles.

I had a good laugh at this.
I made Raspberry and chocolate muffins in the 7. Lovely.

We arrived home to an empty freezer and I also wanted to cook some quick frozen meals for a friend who's wife is in ICU for several weeks as she undergoes a very delicate procedure so I made red lentil and ginger soup, Lentil, chickpea and semi dried tomato casserole and a vege stew.  That should keep us all going for a few days!

Welcome home Marina. It’s always lovely to start  cooking when you have been away.
Most cooking today was what the consultant cooked for a demo. I did manage to make some  Brazilian Cheese Puffs.

What did the consultant cook Chookie? I’ve been thinking of making those puffs, I remember not being able to stop eating them when I used to make them but not sure if they’re something I could eat now.

Good to see you back cooking up a storm Marina, straight into it.

That is very good of you Marina. I’m sure it will be appreciated.
I made some ricotta gnocchi for dinner and some Orange and Pistachio cookies.
I ‘chopped’ the nuts for it in the 7, I almost ended up with nut butter. The 7 is different to the 6.

Judy, consultant made, fruity dream. I bought mixed berries. Was a bit gritty from the seeds. Bread into cold oven, not good. Embarrassed to serve this. Tandoori chicken curry. This was good and there was leftover sauce. I used this the next day and added peanut butter, chopped turkey breast, red capsicum, Zucchini.and peas . Served with leftover cauli rice. GC loved it.
If you make the Brazilian puffs make 1/2 recipe. Plenty.
I agree with Cookie. The 7 is a different machine. I’m finding it behaves differently to the 6. The custard for the Portuguese Tarts is thicker and creamier.. I’m having to mix some things for twice as long. However I’m enjoying the technology, the more I use it.

Guess you’ll get used to it Chookie. For my TM31 first demo they did Fruity Dream, I’m surprised they’re doing such an easy thing at this stage of the TMX being available  here. So are you saying the Portuguese Tarts are better in one of the other models? You might have to use the different machines for different recipes like Katy does, she still does her Christmas fudges in her TM31. Also, fancy doing a bread recipe for you, didn’t she know who you are 😁

I used the 5 and 7 today. The 6 rested. I made a Classic loaf, a rye SD is rising in the fridge, English muffins and an  Orange Sour Cream cake.
