Good luck with the low-fat diet Chookie.

I jumped on the scales at gym today, been going there since late July twice a week. I started the Keto diet 10 days ago - I was 8 kgs lighter much to my surprise. Iíve never been able to diet and exercise at the same time but itís obviously paying off.
Wow Judy thatís amazing.

I dugout a batch of Beef Bourguignon from the freezer and a portion of mash that DS had given us. Served them with steamed sprouts.

I love the photos Chookie. Mab that is awful. Local councils do all sort of dumb things, then when you enquire they really donít have satisfactory answers.
CC I will attempt to send you some of our weather, it was over 40 degrees here today. Three days over 35 and Iíve had enough of summer.
Yes please Cookie send some of your warmer weather my way.😁

Is that your property Chookie? It looks like the botanical gardens, gorgeous.
I agree with Judy,it does look gorgeous Chookie.

Welcome back DJ.
Great shopping with the 30% off Chookie.
I travelled into London yesterday as I was babysitting GS for the evening. I stayed overnight and travelled back this morning, The underground line I use had delays and I didnít get home until lunchtime.

We're the same over here, Judy.

CC were you anywhere near those torrential rains at the weekend?  Could your work site get any muddier??
Most of the torrential rain affected the northern part of the UK Marina. We had a lot of rain and yes the site is extremely muddy at the moment.😩

No instruments damaged, fortunately but some other stock has been affected.   We found the cause and have taken care of it, but the whole place smells damp, as you can imagine.  Hopefully a string of fine, windy and hot days will help dry things out.
Sorry to hear about the flooding Marina. You could use a Dehumidifier to absorb the dampness.
