Rolls look good Chookie.

I had a bit of success this morning. I managed to purchase a ďBaking BoxĒ from one of the flour producers. You would have thought I won the lottery.😂 Arriving by courier on Monday. 😁

Great news you could visit your Mum Judy albeit from behind a glass window. Sorry to hear you are Type 2 Diabetic.

I had a FaceTime session with a group of friends today. It was so good to laugh. One friend is an amazing gardener and when I told her DS was about to compost a load of excess seedlings because of the lockdown and she said NO!! She would contact DS and between them they would safely exchange seedlings for compost.

Weíve been having some lovely warm sunshine these past few days.

Sad news today with a rise in the deaths due to the Coronavirus. It looks as though we have another 3 weeks ahead of lockdown.

My mixture doesnít need the egg Cookie but a drier mixture will.

I have made this recipe often so I thought I would share it with you all.

I sometimes use Pork Mince and use different chopping times for the vegetables. I find the mixture fairly wet so donít add the egg as the balls will hold their shape.

We are headed for a warm sunny weekend.

There has been a significant increase in deaths due to Coronavirus here today. Very sad especially as two frontline nurses have died because of the virus. Dreading next week, Easter Weekend, they are predicting a 1000 people will die per day.
Stay safe everyone.

Hi Sue. Great to hear from you. Your Thermochef lasted a long time, I bought a TM5 when it was released. Itís been good but I think the TM31 was the best model made by Vorwerk.
