We had a pasta and tomato dish with a mushroom spinach salad. Neither was very nice so we mixed them together and added a balsamic dressing. It helped a lot.

Your poor MIL KAtie. It is so very easy to have a fall as we age.

I popped across the way this morning. The couple that live there are lovely. He has been recently diagnosed with osopheagal cancer and it has spread everywhere. He has come home for a few days but things are really bad. DH has said he will do their lawn. He will soon be doing the entire street. 😀😀😀😀😀 our next door neighbour is very unwell too.

We have a car run tomorrow.

KAtie I bought my jars in Big W many years ago. They have metal lids as well but I didn’t use them as I felt the vinegar may cause them to rust.
Today I made Katie’s Cheese and Chilli bread. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=14275.0
And a vanilla cake.

I made this again today. I blitzed the chilli and then the cheese. It has made the bread orange but it hasn’t made the yummy flavour change.

I find now that Iím in a good place with my machines. Iíve learnt lots from the classes I attended and from this forum. I only realised just how much I have learned from everyone when I was up in the hills helping to bake bagels.

No Judy. These were very easy and we all enjoyed them.
We had a chicken stew for dinner. I had planned a SC recipe but got home too late to put it on. So lots of veggies and the chicken thrown into the oven with some herbs and spices and veggie stock.
