To be honest CC I was too tired to eat. Mine was cold but I ate it. Am in bed now after a good bath, and now looking at my wonky window. It's a joke. We went to a lot of trouble to get quotes and visit installations. Hey HO.

Shepherds pie. No extra vegies as there is nothing left in the fridge and won't get to the supermarket until late tonight.

Slow roasted pork, in Aga since 11 am, tea will be 6pm with roasted potatoes, onions, and carrots, and the very FIRST spinach from garden.
Picked windfall apples and hope to do something with them later. Awaiting the window manager.

Feeling a bit better today but still tired.  :)

Homemade cheese burger and chips. I've made Tenina's buttermilk bread rolls this morning for the cheeseburger.

Since winter has returned to Melbourne, we'll be having roast lamb with all the trimmings. I keep thinking, THIS will be the last roast before the weather warms up.....
