Rojan Josh in the slow cooker at the moment, along with a loaf of sour dough bread (using the rye starter I received from Karen). I'm happy as the sour dough is rising.Also happy as I successfully made my first batch of yoghurt overnight. It's really thick and creamy which surprised me. Now I just need to work out what to do with 2 litres of yoghurt

I made Nigella's little lemon puddings last night. They turned out really well.As I was cleaning up I looked in the fridge and realised I had forgotten to add the 125gms of butter you wouldn't have been able to tell though, they were lovely.
