Uni, I made the yogurt icing with the Easiyo powder.  Just made an ordinary icing and added enough of the powder to give it the taste I wanted.  I used the Strawberry, put the rest of the powder in the freezer.

They look great Uni,
I iced mine yesterday using the yogurt icing  and now DH wants them that way again, first time I have iced them.   I was very pleased with the icing. I have tried to make it with mixed yogurt and it had never tasted right, but using the powder it has turned out really nice.  I used 3 teasp of the powder for the quantity of icing I made for the slice.  I did not use any Vanilla, just a little butter, icing sugar and little water then added the powder, icing was light pink.

I made Nigella's little lemon puddings last night. They turned out really well.
As I was cleaning up I looked in the fridge and realised I had forgotten to add the 125gms of butter  :-)) you wouldn't have been able to tell though, they were lovely. :D

Mich DJ was looking for something nice to make  without butter this could be the 1 lol
Could be  ;D. I certainly won't be adding butter next time as they were nice and moist without it.

I made a big lasagna, mince on stove top and cheese sauce in TMX.  Made spinach and ricotta giant pasta shells, with tomato pasta sauce from EDc. Made stick date pudding from the forum.  Stuffed now, time for shower and early night.!

Uni they look great - would be a great snack for a breast feeding mum to have on hand too!

I've made the caramelised garlic paste from FFS and some citrus curd that was made using pink grapefruit.

Uni, the bars look great, must give them a go.
Snappy, how was the citrus curd? I've made lemon curd and don't think I cooked it enough as it tasted  a bit too much of butter and when I put it in lemon puddings and it cooked in the oven it was much nicer.
