Certainly is a long recovery period Marina and if you do the right thing it will go as planned. All the best in the coming months.
Congrats to your DD K Atie.

No problems after my flu jab a few weeks ago, sorry to hear you had to suffer with yours cookie. That was certainly a bad reaction.
Margaret I’ve been on Sustagen for almost 4 years now and I love it. Like you, I use neutral in coffee, soups and some desserts and either choc or vanilla in my morning smoothie. I’ve been buying mine direct from Nestle but lately I’ve found Chemist Warehouse have been slightly cheaper or around the same price so I’ve bought the last 2 lots from them so that I don’t have to hang around waiting for delivery.

That’s the worst part Marina, having so much time on your hands but not being able to do anything. Hopefully you can amuse yourself easily for the next period of recuperation.

Margaret, how do you make a pastie without using pastry then.

Sorry to hear that Margaret, food restrictions are pretty tough and meals become boring. Wishing you all the best.

That must be very disappointing Judy.
I ended up having a bit of my daughter’s fettuccine with prawns, you couldn’t even see where it went missing from her huge serve. At this time of the year you’d think hotels and restaurants would have soup on the menu.

Rain needed here too. Probably nothing for tea seeing as I’m going out for lunch, unless there’s nothing on the menu I can eat which happens a lot.

Today I’ve had my hair cut, I’m going out to lunch with my Melbourne family then later this afternoon a dentist appt to replace a filling that mysteriously disappeared earlier this week.
Good report cookie, every cook tastes the food they’re making so you must do more than the average person to put 3 kgs on. Maybe only use a teaspoon now to see if that stops the weight gain.
Good luck with the op Marina, that’s amazing that both gentlemen are customers of yours. Are you happy with your blinds Chookie? The workers would have enjoyed the meal you have them.
K Atie I wouldn't fancy getting out of bed during the night but a farmer’s wife knows what she’s getting herself into I guess.

Marina I know someone who had to use one and boy did she get around very quickly. You’ll master it in no time I’m sure.
