I think we all know what it's like Chookie - great to get away for a holiday and enjoy all the treats, but there is nothing like food you are familiar with and (usually) cooked yourself (except for Lune croissants of course - I would never even attempt to make them!).

Cookie, looks lovely.
Last night , friend dropped in. We tested my new crumpets recipe. 1/2 Rye and 1/2 white flour SD crumpets. Result, crunchier crust with plenty of holes for butter and honey.

Chicken Fajita pasta , with no pasta so added to the plate steamed slithered carrots , broccolini zucchini and celery. Very tasty . From Dinners 3 Skinnymixers . Added avacardo and soft spreadable goats cheese that I had in the fridge ( no sour cream left ) . May of had a few Lemon Prosecco sorbetos !

Nothing like Mum’s cooking, your son will appreciate it for sure.
I had beef mince stew on toast for lunch so it will be avocado and tomato on toast for tea.
