We had prawns and a few scallops in a cheese sauce, served over potato cubes with broccolini.

It was a bought fresh one from Drakes Chookie (Pasta Master beef lasagne 550 g $7.60) and it was how the Italians make their lasagnes. 4 layers of pasta and not much between each layer but certainly enough to make a delicious meal, sauce topping was very nice too. I’ll be buying more for sure, 3 meals for me so for a quick meal it was a winner.

Didn’t think much of the meatballs. But then they are massed produced. We did have a great time at Ikea. Bought small glass containers and Swedish Rye Crispbread.
Grilled Barramundi and salad for dinner tonight.

Pumpkin soup. I roasted the pumpkin in AF and then made soup in 7. I had some of the Swedish rye bread with the soup.
