What's for Dinner Tonight?

We had prawns and a few scallops in a cheese sauce, served over potato cubes with broccolini.

Mini roast lamb with roast potatoes, sautéd cabbage with apple and carrots . A naughty drumstick .

Egg white frittata. Leftover egg whites from custard tarts.

Hot honey sweet potato beef bowl , with avocado cucumber .

We had a quiche. I browned bacon and leek on high heat in the 7. I put fresh corn in it too.

I had lasagne for lunch and soup for tea + apple and strawberry crumble.

Judy, how nice to have Lasagna.
Bought a take away chicken. Tastes too good to be healthy. Chicken , mayo and lettuce sandwich tonight. Will make stock out of bones.

It was a bought fresh one from Drakes Chookie (Pasta Master beef lasagne 550 g $7.60) and it was how the Italians make their lasagnes. 4 layers of pasta and not much between each layer but certainly enough to make a delicious meal, sauce topping was very nice too. I’ll be buying more for sure, 3 meals for me so for a quick meal it was a winner.
