Ssausages and I had a beef pattie with mashed potato and veg . Hard to think how to cook on a gas stove top only .

I bought a packet of Lamb Shanks in Red Wine Sauce to have with mixed roast vegetables and broccoini for the men.  I pureed an egg omelette for myself.

We had a Beef, Mustard, Honey and Mushroom casserole. There is enough left over to make a pie some time.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
