We’ve had 2 birthday parties today. We ended up having take away fish and chips. It was very enjoyable.

We done Cookie.
Cleaning out freezer found chicken balls I had cooked in muffin tins. Hadn’t labelled them , so heated one and it was very tasty. Wish I could remember the recipe.

Lazy lasagna, very tasty with a cheese mixture that you stir though to melt when serving . The cheese mixture was parmesan mozzarella and meant to be cottage cheese, but I only had cream cheese, with fresh basil.

Made the Spanish chicken and rice recipe, yesterday for tonight. Tastes good.  Also needed bread in a hurry. Made bread in cold oven in Dutch oven. Quite good for no first rise.

Friend for lunch and to make Hot X Buns. I’m inventing a new dish. !! Cauli Cheese leftover from last night, adding tinned salmon, peas and cooked diced carrots. Topped with panko crumbs. Hope it works. Leftover pav.
