I was busy tonight and hadn’t had tea when the power went out at 7 ish but luckily I have a rechargeable NutriBullet which was ready to go. A frozen fruit and oats smoothie did the job, wasn’t as powerful as my plug in model but it certainly did the job easily.

Neighbours , last night, sent in an Indian chicken and rice curry. Not hot and I throughly enjoyed it. Tonight Italian sausages and mashed potatoes and greens from garden. Waffles. GC coming for Dinner.

It was 40° here today so we had Little mince balls with beetroot and a beetroot, walnut and feta salad. (I bought the salad from Woolworths)

I bought a marinated chicken and made soup from the carcass. I added buckwheat noodles and veggies. Lovely.
