Sounds nice Chookie. I had pumpkin soup and crumpet croutons for lunch and will have a couple of poached eggs for tea along with some tiramisu leftover from last nights dinner with DF.

Meat patties with mushroom sauce, roast potatoes and a mix of greens.  Creamy orzo with roasted butternut pumpkin and spinach for me.

Left over meat patties and mushroom sauce with potato bake, carrots & broccolini for the men.  I couldn't eat the risoni pumpkin & spinach dish I made for me last night so I turned it into soup today and had it tonight.

If I had the TMX for just one thing, it would be soup. What an excellent way to eat our veggies. I roasted some pumpkin and made pumpkin soup. The leftover soup I added to cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes and celery and chicken stock. Small swirl of cream on top with parsley. Home made garlic bread. Perfect meal.
