I’ve cooked nothing since Friday when I did Nico’s Thai Chicken and Basil for my DF, I added some veggies to it to make it a full meal. Boy did that go down well, I tried blitzing some for myself but it was horrible. With the leftovers I made 8 pies for his freezer, another huge winner.

Well done Judy.
We’re having a RTE fried rice that has mince in it.

Katie, slow cooked tray dinner, love it. So convenient if the timing is right.

I’ll make some ricotta gnocchi this afternoon and we’ll have it with some shredded chicken and bacon in a cream sauce.

Pastie slice from the freezer with broccolini, asparagus & salad for the men.  Fish fingers & salad for me.

Marinated salmon with chips and salad.  I'll just have the salmon and a small serve of salad.

A nice autumn salad followed by crisp flakey pastry cup with cream and blackberry’s ! A quick shop of essentials so no cooking for dinner .
