We had a version of spaghetti bolognaise - without the meat (of course) or the spaghetti.  It was very nice  ;D

Tonight the men are having crumbed lam cutlets with potato mash, green beans & a few cooked tomatoes.  RTE Pasta with Creamy Zucchini Sauce using 2 min noodles in place of the pasta

Cottage pie from the freezer with extra veggies for the men.
I couldn't eat my dinner last night so I have pureed it and added some more liquid and will have it as soup tonight.

I’ve gone off food with this continuing hot weather so it’s a smoothie everyday.

We had a Chicken Pie created in the thermomix. I used the blade cover and put sliced potato and carrot on it. Put sliced onion, mushrooms and broccoli in the basket. Added sliced chicken breast. I poured water with veggie stock in it over the lot and cooked it for 20 minutes on Varoma. I put all the chicken and veggies into a dish and thickened the liquid, to pour over it.
I’d made some short pastry and rolled it out for the top and baked it. Very nice.
