I'm going to cook the Salmon Patties from the Quick Fix in the Thermomix cookbook - haven't done them before but all the reviews are pretty positive.

Tandoori chicken salad

Beef cheek rendang. DH made the sauce in TMX then slow cooked in casserole on stove. Weepingly spicy 😰 even for spice loving people. DH didn't think to check the amount of chiles the recipe said to put in. Yogurt to the rescue and lots of sauce left over which can be diluted at least 50%.    Tongue still burning......

More leftovers with salad followed by  blueberry swirl vanilla ice cream. Well, that's if I can stop eating Mrs Mason's nuts and bolts!
