Today I made a delicious meal in my PC - Rich Beef Casserole.  Has a red wine, herbs and garlic base.  There's even a punnet of cherry toms in there that gets cooked down into the sauce.

Lovely, sunny afternoon here so we ate outside in the sunshine.  :D

That looks delicious.  I'm making Beef in Guinness in my pressure cooker if I ever get out of my office.  I'm trying to set up a new web server and I think it has inherited teenage angst from my kids....it is just being very temperamental....I think something chocolate for dessert will be required for stress relief.

Your PC meals look so delicious Julie - very tempting to look at them but fighting it at the moment.

We had Tart's Tart - I cooked a rib steak for DH & I had the leftover chicken from yesterday.

Seconds of the tart tomorrow Michele - I think I'll have a leftover day.  I've been spending too much time in the kitchen of late.

Oh yum Julie!! That looks delicious and perfect winter food!!

I was going to ask if it's always sunny over there as your pictures are all so well lit up, especially today's one!
