Thank you. Katj I use my iPad. Long ago I used to use my camera and photoshop but it was a pain in the .......... Now I snap with the iPad and use Tapatalk to put them on the forum.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

We are having Mushrooms,Asparagus and grilled tomatoes with 2 Thermie poached Eggs on Quinoa toast. Very filling and a good protein hit!

"Snap" Kimmyh - we had isi's pasta bake tonight too  :D :D  Although your dessert looks much prettier than ours ….. we had leftover browned butter cherry tart.  Looked a bit messy but tasted great!

Yum Katie - those pies look wonderful!  What recipe did you use for those?

Yum Kimmy, the trifles look great.

I didn't really use a recipe for the pies - I cooked onion, mushrooms and diced chicken in a frypan, then made a sauce using Uni's S.O.S. mix. I added some baby spinach right at the end. The pastry I used the quantities of ingredients from a Paul Hollywood recipe, but I didn't use his method - I just whizzed it together in Thermie.
