Crumpet wedges cooked 2 different ways.  The dark ones flipped in pan,  the light ones cooked in pan on a defuser and top set under grill in oven.

DJ the curry looks lovely as do the crumpets Chookie. We had dinner from the freezer tonight as I went out to lunch earlier this morning and didn't get home until 5pm.  ;D ;D ;D

Tonight we had meatza from Skinnymixers website.  It's pizza on a meat base instead of pizza dough. I used her smokey bbq sauce recipe as well.

It was really easy to make. DH loved it! He couldn't stop going mmmm mmmm mmmm as he ate. Said it may be his new favourite meal.

Have airfryed some veggies to have with roast pumpkin hummus. Didn't really need the hummus lovely on it's own. I should have made sure the veggies were uniform size as I have a few burnt offerings.

Not much thermomixing tonight but we had garlic chilli prawns, garlic Balmain bugs, barbecued snapper and a pavlova.
