Nice baking Cookie.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made lasagne last night with the meat sauce being made in the new TM7 (just got it on Saturday) and the bechamel being made in the TM6 to cut down on time.

I’m making ricotta dumplings tonight.

I didn’t do any cooking today. My 7 is looking lonely.

Can’t keep my hands off the 7. I’ll make bread in it today. Need bread for garlic bread. Might try the soft Chinese bread roll recipe on Cookidoo and bake bread sticks with it.  I’ll also make a small grain and seed bread in bread machine. I’ll also add a little of the Bagel seed mixture to the bread machine.
I’m drying some SD starter to post .

Yesterday I made steel cut oat porridge! Used a Cookidoo recipe . I believe steel cut oats lower cholesterol ! Do I best eat this a lot . Actually if I pop it on before my shower etc it’s ready before I know it . I might have been rather concerned with high cholesterol results and higher markets for my bone density results. So action needs to happen. Except I like my eggs for breakfast do not sure what to do there .

RTE's Creamy Tomato and Bean Soup - delicious

K Atie, I grew up on porridge - I make it with water, not milk, and load it with frozen blueberries and my cholesterol remains very good.  Hope it works for you.

So many choices for breakfast. Eggs and oats both good. The quickest egg breakfast for me is scrambled eggs. Into a small Pyrex jug, place 1 egg and 1 dessertspoon of milk. Beat with fork. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave 20 seconds. Serve in buttered toast with pepper and a little salt.
