Sharon, I will try and help but not very good at this.
Take photo on iPad.
Go into photos. Find photo you want to post.
Click on Edit, top right hand corner.
The photo will come up with 5 symbols at the side.
Press the square looking one. This will place a frame around the photo with little white squares on each corner.
Place finger on one square and move it in a little..
Press done which is at the end of the line with the 5 symbols.
It should say saving photo.
Close photos .
It is now ready to post where it says Attachments and other options.
This seems to work most times.

They were delicious. The best part being that they are only cupcakes and not cooked in oil.

Love those donuts too Cookie.  I must look out for a tin like that.

Some vanilla beans arrived yesterday so I'll be adding them to vodka today to make vanilla extract.  It will then have to sit for 3 months or so before I can decant and start using.

My last lot lasted years but is nearly at an end.  :)

I made some Pesto this morning as the basil is growing so quickly. I also made some Cheese cracker biscuits.
I was preparing a Chicken, Artichoke and Basil pie for dinner and I dropped the jar of artichokes.  :'( :'( :'( I couldn't be bothered going out specifically to buy some so it will be without.

As a lot of you probably did too, today I received an email from the Tmix+ magazine people giving a sneak preview of one of the recipes in the 2nd magazine which will be available next week.  As I had some fresh sweetcorn in the fridge I decided to make a half batch of the recipe supplied, creamed corn. It is totally different to Chelsea's on our forum in that there is no flour or milk in this one.  Half a batch made 330g and it is really nice.  I already have tonight's meal planned so I'll have some of this tomorrow night with some crispy bacon.

That's interesting Judy.

I made some more bread today and a batch of Hally's scrolls. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11714.0
