Lovely baking everyone.

I have the meat cooking for a cottage pie.

Made the LTM's from the Lunch Box & After School Ideas book.  Not sure if GS will eat them so only made half quantity.

Yesterday made little apple cakes for afternoon tea.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Curry chicken with potatoes cooking away in the slow cooker. Just prepped for Beef Rendang, and I'm sooo tired now. Even though TMX blends the rempah paste fast, the rounds of scraping takes me half hour to prepare. Plus removing all the fat from the chuck steak means 1 hour of prep just for the Rendang.

So browsing the forum before I fire up the pressure cooker ;D

Beef Rendang here and Nasi Goreng with Spicy Fried Chicken.

Rendang is for DD to take home for her family. I know what you mean about the prep BeezeeBee. I just finished the prep and about to have a coffee before GS 6 months wakes up

Spicy fried chicken sounds yummy, MF. Do you deep fry? I have a phobia about deep frying, but love to eat all the sinful bits ;D

GS didn't like the LTM's.  Doesn't like rice bubbles :-)) The GD's like them so will take them out to their house.

ES love your baking and the cheesecake loos delicious. I have to make some more bread but first I am trying to make some mozzarella. I'm having fun but look for the final results in the oops section.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Mab, my kidlets wouldn't eat the ltm bars either, but  crumbled and sprinkled on plain yoghurt they couldn't get enough! :)

Made marmite and cheese scrolls tonight, and some more yoghurt.

Kimmy are you only going to eat the one cupcake? ;D ;D ;D

Sadly no eating cookie. It's for a friends little boy who is turning one and they are using it for a "cake smash" photo!

Such a waste of a pretty cake!!!
Smash photos have been huge in the U.S for a long time, and I wondered when it would filter down here.....must say....I just don't get the attraction for wedding smashes....what an expensive photo shoot  :o

Lovely baking from everyone  8)
Tonight I made some brownies and Nigellas choc chip banana muffins.....poor Nigella  :(  I hope she never goes back to that monster!!!
.........EAT CAKE!

Beezeebee,
our butcher dices up and takes all the fat off for me, with chuck steak, then packages it into 1 kilo containers for me..
always packed up to what size we want for the family. :)

saves you doing it..

So far I have only made pikelets for after school snack.  Was going to make apple cake when my DD arrived so had to put that on hold.  Hopefully I will get it done tonight.

Ditto from me too Maddy. Such a waste of food.

Made Faffa's Yogo today.
