Very interested in how you go with the cheese making kit Cookie1.  We have had a kit for over a year and nothing made yet.  Bought it for dh but he needs to get started.  Was thinking of going to one of those day classes maybe.

Sadly no eating cookie. It's for a friends little boy who is turning one and they are using it for a "cake smash" photo!
