I have made this for a couple of years.
I just make a normal icing, coco powder, and add melted chocolate as well, to make it thicker, in the thermie
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Here is the stained glass window cake I made yesterday. It has a few variations, like no glacé cherries. Doesn't look so festive but it will be eaten. I have had 4 slices today!! I must put it away out of my sight.

Probably not the best plate to put it on..........but..........??

Bread machine and TMX bread.  One plain and one fruit and nut,  all without heating oven.  Also made Mushroom Risotto.

Lovely bread Chookie.

I have just taken the first batch of fruit mince tarts out of the oven. I used Tenina's vanilla pastry from FFS. It is lovely.

No fat fruit mince. That means I can eat more!!

Oh wow. I have bread and butter plates and also one of those multi level cake servers. They were Mum's but I love them too.
