Made this bread today.
I reduced the 40 gms of sugar to just 15. Lovely texture .

That looks great, I'm going to give it a go tomorrow, I love Tenina's soft buttermilk rolls and you cook a Roux , similar, for them. The Brioche looks good too.

Just be careful with the sugar. 40 gms of sugar is more than I would knowingly eat in a month.
