Gosh you two are quick. I haven't even downloaded it yet. I'm afraid I'll read it instead of housework. I know which would be more fun :D

I bought this earlier today and am so glad I did. .. I think there are a lot of recipes I'll be making very soon...especially the baked beans.
Also I must say to anyone who is thinking of purchasing, don't be turned off by the breakfast title, many of the recipes could be used for other meals and snacks  :)
Such a reasonable price too, thanks Tenina :)

Has anyone purchased the coconut palm sugar that is mentioned in these recipes?  Wondering if I need to order some or just use raw sugar?  :)

I use normal sugar JulieO. Possibly not the best but I have so many sugars and rices and goodness knows what in my pantry now.

I'm pretty sure I was coconut sugar in our IGA.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Thanks girls for taking the time to answer  :)

I rang our local health shop who said they'd just sold their last packet.  They are getting some more in and will ring when it arrives, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered seeing postage from an on-line supplier was $10 and wouldn't have been worthwhile. I'm interested to see what it's like.  :)

Much as I love Tenina's books, I'm a savoury breakfast person. Since there's only two savoury options here, I won't be getting this one.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Hey folks,
Do you think this is worth purchasing for a gluten and dairy free person?
