I hope the doctor visits and blood tests are good Chookie.
Yes Marina, we used to spend a lot of wonderful times up at Monkey Mia. It’s now memories as we sold the boat and several of the friends we went with aren’t well. At least we have the memories.

Last night we stayed in Kojonup, a little wheatbelt town at the free camp. It cost us $5. Lovely.  Lots of birds and beautiful trees. Tonight we are in Albany. It’s cost us $85 for a powered caravan park site. We were rather shocked. Tomorrow we move on to Katanning or similar where we will camp cheaply and help boost the little country town.

Cookie lots of the young have been or are working in Kojonup a great wheat belt area . Enjoy . Today was yoga , then to shops to get car filled up with diesel and do a shop ! Picked up DH after dropping off ute for service! I had a virtually empty tank! Talk was SA service stations had run out . And a very large town in northern Victoria had no diesel . Great … hot day DH spent the morning road side burning for Firebrigade !  Also could not get emails all day apparently they are doing massive repairs and it will be all week . But you will be able to get internet at night !! Unreal .

Back to collect the Ute / car ! Might have sneaked a clothes shop in . DGF and I did another cook up for ourselves. Kusundi and a double batch of tomato relish . Took most of the day as we do it on the stove . This morning I’m cleaning the split air cons /heaters ! They were dusty. This is a reminder for everyone to do this regularly- mainly the units work so much better. The fact I was up a ladder on my own is not the greatest idea . I did get up early hoping that DH was around !

Kojonup is certainly a wheat area KAtie. We stopped the next night in Katanning. It’s also wheat but is a much larger town. We topped up with diesel there. $2.50 a litre. We thought that was good the way things are. Quite a few places in Albany were out.

We arrived home mid afternoon yesterday. Got the washing done and things unpacked.
This morning off to buy some groceries.

Just housework, gardening and cooking for me with a 2 hour break with my visitor,  the story of my life and it’s just getting busier and busier.
