Thanks for dropping in DJ, I often wonder how things are going for you.

Marina they have Living Longer Living Stronger here too. It's very good. I used to attend regularly until a few years ago. I was going to be away for several weeks and when I returned they wanted me to get more letters from my Dr saying I could attend as they said they couldn't find my original ones. I was so cross I didn't return. I use the treadmill but it isn't a complete sort of exercise.
Good on you.

I have been searching the house this morning. I found some frozen cranberries in the freezer and want to use them. I have a recipe in a specific file that uses a packet of frozen cranberries and egg whites to make a fruit cake. I used to have the file in my pantry, but on the last clean out I put it somewhere safe!!!!! Of course I can't find it now. I've spent ages searching. I have now found a recipe on here that  will use some of them. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=9067.0
Maybe then I will find the file. I hate it when this happens, I waste so much time. Does anyone else do it?

Lol Cookie.
I do that kind of thing more and more it seems. All my favourite recipes are now in Paprika so it's easy to search on name or ingredient. Also I've put in references to my favourite recipes in cookbooks. Love Paprika. No more lost recipes. I've kept my paper files too though, just in case  ;D

I am still trying to declutter  :-)) It is a long, drawn out process that I'm finding it very difficult. Obviously I'm a closet hoarder  :-[

Cookie, yes yes yes. I do the same thing. When we shifted, I put our Passports and car  maintenance book somewhere safe.  Can’t find them.
Djinni, I saw recently that Paprika was reviewed as the best App for storing recipes.   I am quite happy with Snap

When I have a spring clean and put things in a different place I too have trouble finding them.  Sometimes it takes me ages to find something in the pantry that I know is in there somewhere but I can’t see it for looking.  Good luck with finding your passports Chookie, not something you want to misplace.  Have you  found that file yet cookie?

No Judy I still haven't found it. 😀😀DH was looking for a box of Model A parts that he had put aside for the current restoration today and couldn't find them. We make a good pair. 😀😀

Yes, that’s another item people have trouble with.  Then there’s the mobile or cordless phone, I often have to phone one or the other to find where I’ve lost it.

I'm another one who puts things away in a safe place and can never find them again.

DH has been looking at building another car trailer!!!! He found one on gumtree the other day so we went and had a look at it this morning. A gorgeous couple are selling it. They have it in a storage place so they took us down there in their new car, the latest BMW. Certainly up market from our Hiluxes. DH decided we would buy it so we went back to their place to sort it out and they insisted we have coffee. Several hours later we are home!
An unexpected but fun morning.

Book Club tonight.

Some new friends maybe cookie, You must have had plenty in common to talk that long. Do you have room at your place for another piece of equipment!

Sounds fun Cookie.
DH is currently off buying new bits for his Corvette  :-)) Lucky we have a big garage.
I've been food shopping and enjoying time (almost) alone. Only one other person home today :)
Speaking of big boys' toys, this impressive collection is now working at the end of our street. We think they're building a whole lot of new units. Just what we need here - more traffic NOT. The neighbourhood boys are beside themselves with excitement. So funny to watch.
