Walked dogs on the beach for an hour then some washing and shopping.
Thinking of having a spa with a glass of bubbly and watch the sunset.
Should I wait till DH comes back on Monday night or treat myself tonight ??? ;) ;D

Chookie your garden is absolutely beautiful - my idea of heaven.

MF I am with the other girls - go the option of both nights.  Enjoy  :o

I have spent a very frustrating day in the Apple store and then the Telstra shop ( big thumbs down to them) trying to get my iPad sorted out.  After 2 hrs in the shops I am no further down the track.  If it doesn't connect by tomorrow morning they think I may have to just buy a new one. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

I have 20 minutes before I have to get ready to go and babysit my best friends children (8, 6 and almost 4) while they go to a work Xmas function.  Think I will just lap up all the kisses and cuddles and forget about technology!!!!

IPad won't connect to Internet nor will it let me send an email.  It just puts emails into the unsent out box and when I try to log onto the forum  it tells me that it cannot find the page as the server is not responding. Apple did numerous checks including backing it up onto their computer, wiping the iPad clear and then resetting everything, giving me a new SIM card, doing a factory reset...........nothing. It will work with wifi but not 3G

Chookie your garden looks lovely.

I have spent the day writing a report that I should have written months ago. I don't know why I put them off I can write them with my eyes closed. Unfortunately every time I tried to do that today I fell asleep. It is not a good look to be asleep and drooling at your desk.

I did spend some time looking at jobs on the internet. I tried looked at jobs available in the antarctic but I don;t have the skills for any of them.

I also looked at the police recruiting site. I like the idea of going to work with a gun and a taser.

That same thing happened to my iPad about a month ago Moptop. I tried everything and it was very frustrating.
I gave up and DH said he would take it to Apple to see if they could resolve it.
In the meantime I just used my iPhone but too small when sending emails etc,
Anyway on the day he was taking it away I switched it on tried to send an email and it sent!!!! No idea why it stopped working or why it suddenly fixed itself. Very strange  ???
Hope you get it fixed soon. Enjoy your babysitting  :D
Kimmy I will enjoy my bubbles in bubbles  ;D  ;D ;D

MF definitely have the spa and bubbles both nights. We had a spa on Wednesday - the first one in ages, wasn't romantic with DS joining is but was still nice to be out under the stars.

At representative basketball now waiting for DS's game to start. He had better pull his finger out and play well, the court was 45mins from home so a lot of time and effort on a Friday night if he doesn't play to his ability.

Will think about glass of bubbles waiting for me at home to get me through!

Hopefully your drive is worth it and DS plays well Wonder.  :)
You will deserve some bubbly when you get home especially as its Friday..  ;D
We normally share a bottle on a Friday night but as I am here alone I may as well treat myself as I am sure DH will be sharing lots of bottles
  every night while in NZ   :-))  ;D ;D ;D

Your garden looks beautiful Chookie  :D

Had a lovely visit from Katie who had been kind enough to do some shopping for me at Gaganis Bros with a suprise addition of some chicken sausages from the meat wholesaler she thought I might like to try.  So much cheaper than what I expected the bill to be - one day I hope to go shopping with Katie, she knows all the haunts in Adelaide.

Thanks again Katie, always lovely to see you  :-* :-*

No worries Judy  :D
I love shopping and I love visiting you and Geoff.  I always have a lovely time, sitting and chatting with Judy (and I always get spoilt with cake, or biscuits, or both!).  I also always never come away empty handed - today Judy gave me a couple of home grown zucchini's she had, along with a bottle of her limoncello.  Thanks JD!  ;D
