That’s a huge job you’ve taken on Chookie.
We had beautiful sunshine here this afternoon, there was 13mm rain overnight.  Did you end up getting any today Julie?

Not a drop Judy  :(   Wasn't nice for most of the day then blue skies came and that was that!  Looking ahead in the weather, we may get some in a couple of days.

Thought I'd post this here as it will be interesting to see what sort of things they get.  Not all stores to begin with but they say they will roll out to all stores eventually.

Stay warm everyone. JulieO the Coles special buys will be interesting. I wonder what they will offer.

The Crofton pots can’t be compared to the French cast iron ones.  I have both. The Crofton are light, aluminium I think.  However, they are excellent for cooking bread in.  If you want to heat the pot in the oven, prior to baking, then the cast iron are better as they hold the heat. The Crofton ones are best lined, especially the base as they can burn at high temperature. Still a good buy at the prices at both Aldi and Coles.
Julie, thanks for posting the link.
Yesterday was bitterly cold.  Rain most of the day.  Today max of 12.

Will be interesting to see what Coles brings out. Good to have some competition.

That photo - so adorable.

Will be easier with lamb today as it now has the idea about drinking from the bottle.

Report on Lambie.  Pulled the teat  off the bottle as she was so eager to get the milk.
Judy, she is really not much trouble.  Feed every 3 hours, 200 mls milk. Goes home to sleep.
Very cold this morning.  3 degrees, Max 9. No rain.

Lambs really tug on the teat and the bottle. So cute.
