i made  yoghurt and ricotta this morning with the out dated milk and with the Y of the ricotta i made bread one of the best i have made so far without using bread improver

 ;D ;D  Exactly!!  I've never come up with a suitable explanation for that . . .but it's always the way.

Good job on the yoghurt and ricotta!  Will you make some yoghurt cheese?  Haven't done that in ages, but it's so lovely with a good olive oil and herbs . .
