I thought I would say good morning Uni ;D We're having problems with the Internet and I had not logged in for 36 hours :o If I disappear all of a sudden mid sentence you will  know why :D :D Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow ;)

I  have had that happen but it has risen more when I cooked it not much though.  It was pretty heavy bread. Chookie may have more ideas.  If I lived closer I would send you some starter that I have.  I had to throw some out the other day as I had too much.  I wonder if it would survive the post if I posted some on a Monday.   I have two starters going at the moment, one a rye and one whole wheat.  The rye one came from W.A. and that survived  and the other from a bakery here in the State.  The bread I baked the other day was better using Chookies method of cooking, so will stick with that in the future.  Sorry I'm not much help.

Marie
