DS and his cousin went fishing yesterday so we are having a fish feast for dinner tonight.  Flake, Whiting and Trevally with chips, beans and salad.  Apple crumble for dessert.

My favourite type of reading. Bought Helen Goh ‘s recently released book. I love her recipes. I don’t think she gets enough attention. The manner in which she sets out her recipes is easy to follow , as are her directions.

Cookie, with all the different likes of bread, that certainly keeps your skills and interests going.
Marina, I should have said, “ in and out of fridge,” , not oven.
Today I’m playing with another recipe from Baker Bleu. SD Brioche buns with orange and chocolate.

The bread making sounds exciting.
DH has taken a liking to Thermomumma’s White Jumbo loaf. It’s very quick to make so he lets me know when he’s run out. A weird family. DH likes that one, DD likes the Classic loaf and I like Rye SD.

I made a batch of Chokky Rocks yesterday.  The recipe was on the Cornflakes packet years ago.

Nothing like Mum’s cooking, your son will appreciate it for sure.

I had beef mince stew on toast for lunch so it will be avocado and tomato on toast for tea.

I’ve spent almost 3 hours cutting back shrubs, happy with what I achieved but my back isn’t.
