It sure was, I bought a 2kg bird :)

We do have left overs.

Lr enjoyed it too, he loves the food here, much better than a fried spam roast ;D

Tonight we are having Roast pork and all the veges.

Corned  silverside on now, for cold meat during the week.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
