Yesterday DS left to go catch up with friends and today off back to Uni NSW , miss him already . Today went to a local gallery opening exhibition, was great . Too too windy to do anything. Never complain about the wind ,but I’m over it now . It’s so so noisy and I’ve resorted to pain killers for the headaches… maybe my sinuses are playing up I think .

I love silverbeet and the stalks trimmed pulling off the outer strings and sliced then sautéed with a touch of water and butter then a squeeze of lemon juice at the end of cooking .

Had a treat today , 90 minute therapeutic massage . Gosh it’s hard to relax initially but so good on my aching frozen shoulder and generally whole body . Also they must have used the entire place of oil as my skin was so dry . Then to a friends for Zoom bookclub , wine cheese and cake yum .
