Chicken breast stuffed with ricotta and spinach. Varoma steamed veggies with lemon butter sauce.

We had Chookie’s creamy soup that uses cauliflower and cheesies using Chookie’s No Fuss rolls.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cookie, don’t you just love how Cauli gives a creamy base to soups without the fat. !
Out for lunch so just soup for dinner.

I collected all the odd bits of veggies from the fridge. Made soup. Tasted a bit too much like broccoli so added Parmesan cheese. Very nice now.
Roast pork loin for GC dinner. Steamed potatoes rolled in garlic butter. Peas and french beans. Waffles for sweets.

Chicken roast pumpkin risotto with spinach and broccoli! Was delicious although I couldn’t really eat the chicken easily.
