JulieO's enchiladas with home made wraps last night. I loved the flavour but had to Medicean the meat mixture a bit on the stove top and reduce the chilli. Next time I think I'll just make the meat mixture in a frypan as I'm really not a fan of the texture of mince cooked in the TMX.

At Mombasa today so it will need to be something easy tonight as I'm sure we will be tired.

Totally understand where you're coming from Wonder.  I have to cook my onions in a frypan as I don't think the TM gets hot enough IMO.  We all adapt recipes to what our tastes are  :D

I'm trying a new recipe. It is rice cakes with vegetables. You make the rice cakes first. If it is horrid there is always leftovers.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
