Everyone's cooking looks amazing. Not much cooking here just lots of playing and outside time before it gets too hot tomorrow.

At the moment in the freezer I have vegie and lentil soup (I can eat soup all year round), spag bol, several different burgers meat and vegetarian to have on sandwiches or with salad and lasagna.

Hope to cook over the weekend - chicken jambalaya recipe from forum and Judy's chicken and vegetable loaves made into a single large loaf and sliced.

Mango ice cream and MJ's tomato Passata. We have lots of tomatoes ripening ATM. Last night made the chicken hotpot from Oz Harvest  book and it was delicious.  I removed most of the chilli seeds thank goodness.

Made cupcakes with GD this morning before it got too hot.  They are for her mother's birthday tomorrow.

Made a batch of cupcakes as we have friends coming round this afternoon. It is so easy and then the icing, and presto you have delicious and pretty looking cupcakes in no time at all.
