For diner I made pork medallions with creamy mushroom sauce a non TMX recipe but very simple and delicious, happy to post the link if anyone wants it.

Judy, the batter for my cobbler was much like pancake batter, and then the stewed fruit was spooned on top. So I was like a thick, baked pancake with fruit ;D ;D

Those scrolls look great....filing that idea away for lunchbox fillers in a couple of weeks... Lucky I still have some marmite as I'm not a vegemite fan.
