Oh, yum, that frittata looks great.   :P

DD thought the bread looked good too...

And we made basic biscuits with a bit of cocoa (out of choc chips, but DD was determined they should be choc bikkies)

I'd better see if DS needs collecting from his friend's yet - but at least I can give some bread & bikkies as a thank you :)

It does make the best frittata GF - I love the way it puffs up and is so light.  I'm saving my leftover vegies to make one this week.

Today I made Chookies apricot & walnut fruit loaf, JulieO's sour cream loaf, farfallina's pilaf rice, my curried tuna, steamed some vegies and cooked Chicken Kiev sausages on the weber for lunch.

Judy, you have cooked up a storm.

Today I made apricot chicken for dinner and cottage cheese patties - posted the recipe for the patties in vegetarian.

Everything looks so yummy  :)
I have not cooked anything apart from mashing a banana for Sophie's dessert as DIL gave me her pre cooked meat and veg. LOL
Have leftovers of Tenina's chicken rendang, rice and stir fry veg for tonight
