Please, allow me some time to get familiar with my new Thermomix, and I'll definately connect the greek recipes with it

I have already cooked a traditional of Easter greek cake, called "tsureki" (bun, brioche) and it is perfect. I found the recipe in Thermo's book of recipes

Welcome cooky! Did you bake this wonderful brioche? The thermomix is wonderful for yeast doughs, I remember the before and the after and I have never baked so much and saved so much momeny on brioches, pizza dough, bread.
It a wondermachine.
I am surprised that the Thermomix has been for sale in Greece for so long. I live in Portugal in the southern Algarve and here its only been a few years (maybe 10 max).

And yes, it 's been sold for many years in Greece. I remember eating foods cooked by Thermomix since I was a child

Aren't you lucky. I had no idea what a TM was until 3 years ago!  And my start was very unfortunate so I am still very unsure and insecure when it comes to cooking meals - all the rest is easy! I am taking babysteps.

After all the recipes that come with Thermomix are so well-patterned, that it's difficult to fail many consecutive times

I think I worry too much! The portuguese recipe book is good and I have the german also.
